Coffee Fellowship Today following worship – In honor of Mother’s Day, men from the Session will be serving cake and ice cream. There are two special cakes this morning – one celebrating the Baptism of Kara from the Schertenleib’s and the other in celebration of Maureen Walsh’s 75th birthday from her children.
Our Apple Springs service is today at 2:30.
Session Meeting, Tuesday, May 13th, 7:00 pm.
We will be handing out Care Net Baby Bottles today for the Bottles of Love Fundraiser for those who would like them (see insert). The money goes to the center to help women and their families during pregnancy. Please return them Father’s Day, Sunday, June 15th, with your contribution – some find a check more convenient. IRREPRESSIBLE HOPE – A Sermon Series
We are currently in a series of sermons in 1 Peter. The Apostle Peter weaves a theme of hope through his encouraging first letter, teaching us the content of a “living hope” that is solidly rooted in the Resurrection. In fact, “living filled with hope” opens the door to applying the power of the Risen Christ in our everyday lives. Upcoming sermons are:
