Christmas Lights Tour and Tea is Tuesday, Dec. 18th, 6:00 pm, with refreshments to follow.  If you would like to go on the tour in the Blue Angel sign-up on the Friendship Register “Tour” or call the office.  You will need to be here before 5:45 pm if driving on your own or the Blue Angel can pick you up in route.

The Christmas Joy Offering is a special offering received each year where half goes to help ministers with extraordinary healthcare needs or pensions that fall below a minimum and the other half is designated to help Presbyterian colleges specializing in minority education.  The offering will be received December 16 and 23. Please use the special envelope provided in the  pew pockets, or clearly note on your check the portion that is to go to this special offering.

The church is in the process of trying to find a new nursery attendant for Sunday morning.  Our desire is to have someone in the nursery during Sunday School as well as during worship, form 9:15-12:15.  This is a paid position and could work into extended hours during the week for mid-week Bible Studies.  If you know of someone who might be interested please let the office know.  Ideally we would like to have someone that would not have to miss worship on a regular basis.  Until we find someone Lance will be asking for volunteers to cover the nursery during worship, 10:30 to 12:00.  If you are willing to take a couple of weeks please mark the friendship register, “help in the nursery.”

Our Children’s Christmas Program will be Sunday, Dec. 23rd during the worship service.

Our Christmas Eve Candle Lighting Service is Monday,
Dec. 24th, 7:00 pm here at the church.
