CHURCH NEWS November 25, 2007

We need angels. If your youngster through 6th grade would like to be in the parade dressed as an angel, call Sandee Freese, 826-1672.  The parade is Dec. 1st, 4:30 pm, be at the church by 3:00 pm.

Our Christmas decorating party is December 1st, this Saturday, following the Christmas Parade.  The Christmas Parade is at 4:30 pm so we’ll gather afterwards (around 5) for the decorating. There will be decorating, Chili, games and fellowship. If you would like to come we need you to sign-up on the Friendship Register “decorating” so they know how many to have for chili. please bring a pot (or can) of chili to add to our common pot.

NO potluck on December 2nd, next Sunday, because of the decorating and chili the night before.

Body Life Committee meeting Dec. 9th right after the service in the Memorial Parlor.

Christmas Lights Tour and Tea is Dec. 17th, 6:00 pm, with refreshments to follow.  If you would like to go on the tour sign-up on the Friendship Register “Tour” or call the office.  You will need to be here before 5:45 pm.

Help – we still need help in the sound room and with the video projector.  If you are willing to learn something new, fun and interesting, sign – up on the friendship register.

The Community Prayer Service will be here at our church, Tuesday, Nov. 27th, 7:00 pm.  Come and pray for our community.
