CHURCH NEWS November 18, 2007

Today the Manifisher Meal is served at 1:30 pm. Manfisher Ministries is one of our Mission outreach programs.

Pictures of our Centennial Sunday are needed.  If you have any please bring to the church office no later than Monday or Tuesday.

VESPER PRAYER SERVICE is 6-7 pm in the Memorial Parlor.  This is planned as a monthly event.  It is a time of intercessory prayer for the church.  If you need prayer for a special need, you’re encouraged to come for prayer as well.  Prayer for healing is available in accordance with James 5:13-16.

Our Christmas decorating party is December 1st following the Christmas Parade.  The Christmas Parade is at 4:00 pm so we’ll gather afterwards (around 5) for the decorating. There will be decorating, Chili, games and fellowship. If you would like to come we need you to sign-up on the Friendship Register “decorating” so they know how many to have for chili.

Heritage Sunday – Next Sunday we will celebrate our heritage as part of our centennial year with burying the time capsule at the end of our worship service.

Evelyn Minnichs 90th birthday celebration is here at our church this Saturday, the 24th, 1-4 pm. If you didn’t RSVP yet you need  to call Jennifer Minnich at (206) 992-6332.
