CHURCH NEWS September 24, 2006

The Community Prayer meeting will be held here at our church this Tuesday, the 26th of September at 7:00 pm. Please come and pray for our community.

First Sunday Potluck - is next Sunday, October 1st, following Worship.
             A-M      bring a Salad
             N-Z       bring a Desert
Main dishes are always welcome, though one main dish is provided by Body Life, for which we receive donations.  We need as many people as possible to bring the salads and desserts.  Sometimes we’ve run short.

Oct. 14- A Classy Tea Party for Women of the church and their guests at noon. There will be wonderful tea, food and entertainment. Bring a friend and have a great time in fellowship with other women.  If you would like to attend please sign-up “Tea” on the Friendship Register.

The Presbytery Women’s meeting and luncheon is on September 26th at noon at the Okanogan Presbyterian church.  Edna May Hinger will be playing the Accordion.  All are welcome to attend.

Volunteers are needed for Coffee Fellowship.  If you would like to serve God in this way, sign-up on the Friendship Register.  Also, cookies are still needed.  Please bring them in a sealed freezer bag with the date they were baked on the bag. Store bought cookies are also welcome.
