CHURCH NEWS June 8 , 2008

Our Apple Springs service is today at 2:30.

Iraqi Toy Drive – Thanks to all those who donated toys for the Iraqi children, a project of the 3rd-4th grade Sunday School Class. It was quite a success.  All 20 boxes of toys made it safely to Col. Lengyel (Ruth Parman’s son-in-law) in Iraq. They will be giving the toys out very soon to the Iraqi children.  Thank you for the gift of $200.00 (given anonymously). It coved most of the shipping for sending the boxes of toys over to Iraq.  It was very much appreciated.
